What is Cherewere?
Cherewere is a friendly and secure document automation platform for CAC agents, registration professionals and anyone who needs supported business registration documents. It helps you prepare documents through guided workflows instead of repeatedly editing templates manually.
Who can use Cherewere?
Anyone can use Cherewere to prepare supported documents. It is especially useful for CAC agents, business registration professionals and people who regularly handle corporate or registration documents.
How do I get started?
Simply visit the Services page, choose the document you want to prepare, provide the required information and follow the guided workflow. You do not need to create an account before generating a supported document.
Documents
What documents can I prepare?
Cherewere currently supports selected document workflows including Trustee Declarations, Incorporated Trustees documents, Minutes of Meeting, Application Letters, Board Resolutions and supported Tax ID documents. More workflows may be added over time.
Can I download my completed document?
Yes. Once your document is generated successfully, you can review it and download the completed document directly from the workflow.
Do I have to type the same information every time?
Cherewere is designed to reduce repetitive document preparation. Information is collected through guided workflows, and the exact details required depend on the document you are preparing.
Payments
How does payment work?
Visitors can pay securely for supported services using the available online payment option. Registered users can also fund their Cherewere wallet and use their wallet balance for supported document workflows. The applicable fee is always shown before payment.
Where can I see my wallet balance?
Wallet features are available to registered users. After signing in, you can view your available balance and manage wallet activity from your Cherewere workspace.
Account
Do I need an account?
No. You can generate supported documents as a visitor directly from the Services page. Creating an account gives you more convenience, including access to your workspace, wallet funding, transaction history, generated document history, service tracking and other account features.
Why should I create an account?
An account helps you keep everything in one place. You can fund your wallet, track payments and service requests, access generated document history and use additional workspace features as they become available.
Is Cherewere secure?
Yes. Cherewere is designed with secure payment, authentication and protected document workflows in mind. Guest users only access the service they are currently using, while registered users get a private workspace for their account activity.
What if I forget my password?
Use the forgot-password option on the sign-in page to begin the password reset process.
